Senior Vice President Operations

QLM Search are engaged by a highly acquisitive meat processing group with a network of primary and added value manufacturing facilities to appoint a Interim COO.

This is a business that acquires with intent and integrates h a growing network of sites spanning primary processing and added value production, the group is now looking for an operations leader who can bring structure, consistency, and genuine transformational capability to a business that is changing shape quickly.

Reporting to the CEO, you will take full accountability for operational performance across the network. Beyond day to day leadership, this is fundamentally an integration and transformation role. You will standardise operating models across newly acquired sites, build capability where it is missing, drive efficiency across primary and added value environments, and establish the foundations that allow the business to keep acquiring with confidence.

You will be a senior operations leader with a track record built inside large-scale, multi-site meat or protein processing businesses. You will have led integration programmes following acquisition, driven meaningful transformation across complex manufacturing environments, and delivered sustainable improvement in cost, quality, and throughput.

Experience of operating inside PE-backed or acquisitive businesses is a strong advantage.
