Job Title: Internet/Sales Manager – Automotive Dealership
Location: Provo, Utah & Salt Lake City, Utah

Sky Automotive Group (a division of Salt Lake Valley Auto Group) is expanding in Utah County and seeking a driven, experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales team at our Provo location. We’re committed to delivering an exceptional car-buying experience while building a team culture that’s high-performing, collaborative, and fun.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to meet volume and gross profit goals
- Handle internet, phone, and walk-in leads to ensure consistent follow-up and closing performance
- Address and resolve customer satisfaction issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor and manage new and used vehicle inventory, including aging and turn rates
- Train and develop sales staff through one-on-ones, team meetings, and real-time coaching
- Implement strategies to maximize front-end gross, finance penetration, and trade-in conversions
- Collaborate with executive management to maintain a positive, accountable, and energetic sales floor culture
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer programs, company policies, and local regulations
- Minimum 3 years of automotive sales experience (management experience preferred)
- Proven leadership ability with a track record of sales performance
- Strong communication, team-building, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools, desking software, and dealership DMS systems
- Must thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
