Help transform printed materials into crisp, production‑ready pieces. You’ll interpret job jackets, verify that fabrication steps are complete, and execute exacting cuts so every item that leaves your station meets quality standards for the next step in the process.

• Own the cut: set up and operate cutting machinery for precise, custom trims across various printed stocks.
• Prioritize efficiently: follow leadership’s cut order to keep production flowing.
• Protect quality: report signage concerns and equipment issues immediately to supervisors/maintenance.
• Elevate safety and cleanliness: keep your area audit‑ready at all times.
• Be versatile: operate a forklift as needed and support adjacent departments.

Bring Your Foundation And Keep Building

• Preferred: 6+ months experience with cutting and router equipment.
• Strengths in organization, detail, and consistency under a heavy workload.
• Deadline focus with the ability to head off workflow disruptions.
• Comfort with basic math, including fractions and percentages.
• Ability to pass a basic skills test.
• English reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.
• Independent work style with minimal supervision, plus strong teamwork when collaborating.
• Creative problem‑solving when unique cuts or materials call for it.

• Morning: 6:00am–2:30pm
• Swing/Afternoon/Evening: 2:00pm–10:30pm
• Weekend overtime (OT) is mandatory for all shifts.

• Stand for the full shift.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs; frequent reaching in multiple directions.
• Use tactile feedback to confirm lamination and gauge material thickness.
• Communicate clearly; listen carefully and distinguish plant/machine sounds.

• Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one for forklift certification (as required by the site).
• Availability for weekend work and overtime.
• Operate a forklift as needed, following all safety procedures.
