Maintenance Technician

About the Role

Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift (Provo, UT)

Hourly rate: $32.35 - $41.90 per hour, paid weekly.

• Diagnose and repair equipment parts, including mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, electronic, and pneumatic systems.
• Repair production‑line equipment such as conveyor belts, packaging equipment, grinding and stacking units.
• Assist in the installation of new machinery and equipment.
• Cut, weld, and fabricate light steel components.
• Inspect and adjust equipment for optimal performance.
• Assist in diagnosing malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
• Perform general maintenance duties and other assigned tasks.

• Prior relevant maintenance experience.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Capability for prolonged and repetitive motions (standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, climbing, reaching overhead) and hand/arm dexterity.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Teachable attitude and willingness to learn on the job in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to read numbers, product descriptions, and maintain written records.
• Proficiency in basic math functions and operation of control panels.
