McWane Poles Production/Laborer
McWane Ductile – Utah is a world class manufacturer of ductile iron pipe and poles, operating since 1926 in Provo, Utah. The company is currently seeking candidates for the McWane Pole Division.
Compensation: $28.05/h to start. Shift differentials of $6.00 for Grave and Swing shifts. Pay is weekly every Friday.
Shift Availability: Must be available to work three 12‑hour shifts Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Day shift and Graveyard shift options are available.

Work Environment: Loud industrial manufacturing environment. Work can be both indoors and outdoors, with exposure to cold, hot, dirt, dust, fumes, chemicals. Specialized PPE is required.
Physical Demands: Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, stooping, standing for long periods. Carrying up to 40 pounds.
Qualifications:
- Team player who supports the McWane Way company culture.
- High work standards and ability to work as a team to produce quality products.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
