Duration: 6 months

Pay Rate: $19.26/hr on W2

Schedule: C Shift – Thursday to Saturday, 4:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Mandatory 1 Sunday per month with advance notice provided).

We are seeking a Machine Operator to help provide safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting parts and equipment, performing manufacturing and engineering tests, maintaining shop equipment, and driving continuous improvement to meet operational demands.

• Inspection & Testing: Inspect documentation, parts, materials, sub-assemblies, and equipment against specifications using calibrated measurement systems. Perform and document manufacturing and engineering tests in compliance with standard work.
• Equipment & Shop Maintenance: Ensure equipment is prepared and delivered on time according to operational needs; maintain shop and field equipment.
• Safety & Hazard Control: Ensure all inspection and test activities are conducted safely, actively participating in Hazard Analysis and Risk Control reviews.
• Continuous Improvement: Provide input to improve inspection/test procedures and utilize manufacturing tools to drive process efficiency.

• Education: High school degree, GED, or relevant experience.
• Work Authorization: Must be able to legally work and reside in the US without sponsorship.

  Ability to read and understand standardized work instructions and engineering drawings; ability to perform basic math and use precision measuring devices for small parts.

  Ability to set up, operate, and perform simple equipment maintenance with assistance, while maintaining accurate activity logs and reports.
• Compliance: Required to complete a background check and medical examination following federal employment guidelines.
