Description
POSITION SUMMARY:We currently have openings in the operations department for the following positions:
Schedule:Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Pay:$20-$21, depending on experience
Gates AssemblerAssemble iron products according to drawings/specifications and prepare the product for shipment
Deliver consistent quality product which is packaged to meet customer expectations
Clean machinery; maintain the surrounding area, keeping the area free of debris
Requirements ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
- Follow established safety procedures when performing tasks and/or working with equipment.
- Read work instructions and set up machines as required to run different product sizes.
- Stand or walk for the entire shift and use arms and back to perform the tasks associated with the role.
- Must be able to work overtime as required with Saturday availability.
COMPETENCIES:
- Must be able to work in a team-based, positive, fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to understand written instructions and follow procedures.
- Employees average at least 40 hours a week, no more than 50.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Forklift experience strongly preferred
