Job Summary

The Sign Fabricator & Welder is a professional, self-motivated team player with great interpersonal skills and values delivering excellence. The Sign Fabricator is also detail-oriented, works well in a fast-paced team environment, and is able to efficiently manage assigned workload and daily tasks. The Sign Fabricator is self-confident and is not afraid to show their professional ability, creative genius, and most importantly, have fun!

Responsibilities

• Sign fabrication (manufacturing & assembly, low-voltage electrical, lighting, welding, paint, etc.)
• Full-time availability (40 hours/week); occasional OT
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of manufacturing/production area
• Assist in maintaining company fabrication tools & equipment
• Accurately keep track of electronic and paper records related to jobs
• Learn new technologies, skills, and techniques to become a better sign making professional

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a professional sign fabricator preferred – assembly, low-voltage electrical, paint, welding, etc.
• Background in illuminated sign fabrication
• Expertise in using hand tools
• Welding certifications are a BONUS!
