At GSP Companies, we produce large format, photographic-quality printing, propping, visual displays, fixtures, and sourcing for iconic fashion retailers. We’re growing and have immediate openings for Digital Press Operators.

• Operate and set up a minimum of two wide-format digital press types to GSP and industry standards.
• Confirm work order details and make standard press adjustments to uphold quality specifications.
• Meet or exceed print efficiency goals; oversee the print assistant and QCI for procedural compliance.
• Follow established workflows, processes, and procedures while maintaining a clean press and press area.
• Leverage a PMS color matching book and a densitometer to gauge dot characteristics and color space.
• Cross-train in at least one other department and support adjacent teams as needed.
• Complete all daily and weekly documentation accurately.

• 3-6+ months of machine operator experience preferred.
• Ability to write, read, communicate, and understand English.
• Willingness to work weekend shifts and overtime when required.
• Strict adherence to all safety requirements.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and shop math.
