As a baker at Sodalicious, you'll work behind the scenes in our warehouse making sure our cookies are baked, packed, and ready to ship out to our stores. This is a production-focused role, not customer-facing - it's all about consistency, care, and teamwork to get our signature cookies to our customers.
What You'll Do- Hand-scoop cookie dough to ensure consistent size and shape
- Bake cookies in the oven, following proper time and temperature guidelines
- Bag and box finished cookies for distribution
Keep your workspace clean, organized, and up to health and safety standards

- Work closely with your teammates to keep bakery production running smoothly each shift
- Bring positive energy to every shift
No prior bakery or food service experience required - just a great attitude and a willingness to learn. Must be 16 years or older. Must be able to work during the hours of 8am - 1pm, Monday - Thursday.
