Why AngoraAngora builds and scales brands on Amazon for entrepreneurs and investors. We've launched 300+ products, operated 120+ businesses, and built the international supply chain behind them, all with a team of 25. Creative now decides how fast we launch and how well those products sell, so we're building that function from the ground up. You'd be the first hire in it.
WhyThis Role Exists
Every product we launch lives or dies on its listing. The images, the A+ content, the video, and the copy are what turn a click into a sale. Across dozens of brands and hundreds of products, producing that creative fast enough is the single thing slowing our growth. Nobody owns turning AI into the engine that removes that bottleneck. That is this role.
You will build Angora's AI-driven creative function and work directly with product, marketing, and leadership to ship creative that converts.
- Build high-converting Amazon listing assets: main images, A+ Content, and Brand Story modules across dozens of brands.
- Generate lifestyle imagery and product photography concepts with AI instead of waiting weeks on a shoot.
- Produce product and promotional video that earns the click and holds attention.
- Write listing copy, product descriptions, and brand messaging that sells.
- Design creative tests, read what wins, and scale the winners.
- Build repeatable AI workflows so Angora launches faster than competitors can.
We're tool agnostic. Today, that means ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Flux, Runway, Kling, Photoshop, Canva, Figma, and the Adobe suite. If something better goes public tomorrow, we expect you to find it first.
Who This is ForThis is not a traditional graphic design role. We want you to already be producing real work with AI image and video tools.
Must-haves- You use AI creative tools daily and have a body of output to show for it.
- Strong visual instincts and a high bar for what "good" looks like.
- You write clearly and persuasively.
- You teach yourself new tools fast.
- You take ownership and move without being managed.
- You want a fast-moving startup culture that's scrappy and hardworking.
Bonus if you've worked with Amazon listings, e-commerce brands, direct response marketing, product photography, video editing, prompt engineering, or creative strategy.
What Success Produces- You produce listing creative at a volume a single designer couldn't touch a year ago.
- CTR and conversion rate climb on the listings you own, and you can point to the tests that prove it.
- Launch timelines shrink because your workflows removed the creative bottleneck.
- Angora has a documented AI creative system a new hire could run.
- The tool stack keeps getting sharper because you keep finding what's next.
- 30 days: you're producing listing assets with our current stack and you know the brands and categories.
- 60 days: you've built new workflows and shipped creative tests with measurable results.
- 90 days: you own the AI creative output for a set of brands and the system behind it.
This is the ground floor of Angora's creative department. As AI and creative become central to how we launch, the person who built the function is first in line to lead it.
Logistics- Location:
Lindon, UT. Full-time.
On-site. - Compensation: $20 to $23 per hour, based on experience and skill.
