Dichtbij kinderopvang, de grootste kinderopvangorganisatie in de regio Vijfheerenlanden, zoekt een ervaren HR-adviseur voor 32-36 uur per week. Als HR-adviseur ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor HR-vragen en bied je ondersteuning aan leidinggevenden in de kinderopvang.
Je hebt een afgeronde HR-opleiding en relevante ervaring. In deze rol heb je veel autonomie en werk je aan zowel ad-hoc als structurele verbeteringen. Dichtbij biedt een fijne werkplek met uitstekende secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden.
