Location:
Provo, Utah
Contract length: 16 weeks
Shift length: 12‑hour shifts
Hours per week: 36

- Work 36 hours per week with 12‑hour shifts
- Educate patients on treatment plans, follow‑up instructions, and self‑management strategies
- Administer ordered therapies and monitor for adverse reactions or changes in condition
- Support care coordination activities across providers to promote continuity of care
- Conduct patient intake, focused assessments, and symptom screening aligned with clinic protocols
- Guaranteed Pay:
