East Bay Post Acute is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our exceptional nursing team. If you are passionate about providing outstanding resident care in a supportive, team-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you!
As a CNA, you'll play a vital role in helping our residents maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life while working alongside a caring team of healthcare professionals.
What You’ll Do- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Take and document vital signs accurately
- Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper safety techniques
- Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies
- Promote a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
- Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Skilled nursing or post-acute experience is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional resident care
- Competitive pay: $23.00–$25.00 per hour
