Quality Control Manager Secret Clearance - Onsite in Dugway, Utah

As part of our continued support of critical U.S. Army missions, we are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee quality assurance and continuous improvement activities supporting a secure Department of Defense enterprise IT environment. This role is instrumental in ensuring contract compliance, service excellence, and mission success.

An Active Secret Security Clearance is required.

The Quality Control Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining an effective quality management program supporting enterprise IT operations. This individual will oversee quality assurance processes, monitor contract performance, ensure compliance with applicable standards, and work closely with program leadership to drive continuous improvement.

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Control Plan (QCP) in alignment with Government quality objectives.
• Monitor program performance against contract requirements, service level objectives, and quality standards.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and performance reviews across IT operations and service delivery functions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable DoD cybersecurity guidance, including RMF and STIG requirements.
• Identify performance risks, deficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement while tracking corrective actions.
• Coordinate quality initiatives with government representatives, program leadership, and technical teams.
• Prepare quality metrics, trend analyses, and performance reports for program leadership.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives using ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, and industry best practices.
• Verify that documentation, deliverables, and operational processes satisfy contractual requirements.

• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• 8+ years of experience supporting Department of Defense or military IT environments.
• Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and managing Quality Control Plans (QCP) and supporting Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) requirements.
• Experience supporting enterprise IT operations and service delivery.
• Strong background supporting Microsoft enterprise technologies and Windows-based environments.
• Current DoD 8570/8140 baseline certification.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• Willingness to support onsite operations in Utah as required.

• Security+ certification or equivalent qualifying baseline certification.
• ITIL certification.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience implementing RMF and STIG compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting federal quality management programs within Army or Department of Defense environments.
• Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) or military installation experience.
