Escrow Officer

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Escrow Officer in Utah County. The Escrow Officer will manage the escrow process for real estate transactions, ensure the accurate preparation and execution of legal documents, and oversee closings. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations, and ensuring smooth communication between all parties involved in the transactions.

• Proficiency in managing Closings and Escrow processes
• Valid Notary certification is highly preferred
• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
• Experience with Residential Real Estate transactions
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with state and federal regulations governing real estate transactions
