-Director of Property Management Operations

We’re looking for a seasoned property management leader to take over operations at Joseph Thomas Real Estate in Provo, Utah.

We currently manage more than 1,100 units, along with the related accounting, throughout Utah County, primarily in Provo and Orem. We need someone with the experience and judgment to lead the operation, improve systems, develop our team, and help shape where the company goes next.

This is a high-impact role with a real seat at the table. You’ll work closely with ownership, have room to make decisions, and play a major part in growing the company. We’re looking for someone who wants that kind of responsibility and influence.

Property management and business leadership experience are strongly preferred. Compensation will depend on experience.
