Job Description: Seeking a skilled and dedicated Dining Room Server professional at a brand-new restaurant, The Grille at Bridgewater Crossing.

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Guide guests through the menu, offering recommendations and answering any questions regarding ingredients and preparation methods.
• Take accurate and detailed orders, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages with precision, adhering to the restaurant's service standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or requests promptly and courteously.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a smooth and coordinated dining experience.
• Upsell menu items, promotions, and special offerings to enhance guest experience.
• Set and maintain dining tables with attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Process guest payments and handle cash and card transactions accurately.

• Proven experience as a server in a restaurant.
• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including wine and cocktails.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic math skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Uniform and dress code requirements.
• Complete the Ramp server seller course and Serv Safe food handler course.
