Universal Health Services - - - Responsibilities:
Prepares wholesome and attractive meals according to menu established by Dietary Manager;
Ensures that items necessary for menu are in stock and available for use two days in advance;
Ensures that food is served at the appropriate temperature, in adequate serving sizes, and without delays;
Observes all safety and sanitary regulations in the preparation of food, storage of food, and cleanliness of preparation and serving areas;
Maintains cleanliness of the food preparation area, including floors, tables, and equipment
