Breakfast Attendant

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented hospitality professional to help create a positive morning experience for guests. In this role, you will prepare, set up, maintain, and replenish breakfast service areas while ensuring cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate is dependable, guest-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Set up the breakfast area before service begins, including food, beverages, utensils, and supplies.
• Prepare and replenish breakfast items throughout service while maintaining presentation and quality standards.
• Welcome guests and provide courteous, attentive service.
• Monitor food temperatures and freshness to help ensure safety and compliance with company standards.
• Keep dining, serving, and preparation areas clean, organized, and stocked.
• Clear tables, remove used items, and maintain overall cleanliness during and after service.
• Assist with inventory of breakfast supplies and communicate shortages as needed.
• Follow all food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Support team members and assist with other duties as assigned.

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or a similar guest-facing role preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Comfortable standing, lifting, bending, and moving throughout the shift.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices preferred.
