Operations Associate - Provo Towne Center

Primary Responsibilities

• Customer Service: maneuvering around the store at a fast pace, working with the latest merchandise, and providing assistance to customers.
• Executes pricing and signing: changing ticket prices and signing on merchandise across the store efficiently.
• Replenish and restock the store: assist sales floor peers and leaders by pulling and preparing merchandise to ensure all styles and sizes are available.
• Receive and unload merchandise: unload trucks and prepare merchandise in the backroom with coworkers.
• Backroom standards: keep the stockroom safe, clean, and organized.
• Omnichannel: contribute to Omichannel efforts including Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store, Order Delivery and Returns, and Shipping Online Orders.
• Merchandise strategy: take plans from leadership on where to place merchandise and execute them with efficiency and detail.
• Participates in a learning environment: absorb new information from peers or training materials on merchandise, shrink, safety, productivity, and other business processes.

• Work experience:
  
  1‑2 years retail experience.
