Schedule:
Monday–Friday (weekends not required), flexible or fixed shifts
Minimum hours: 20 hours per rolling 30–day period
Compensation: $16.50 per hour, paid drive time and mileage reimbursement, next‑day pay via Daily Pay
Profession:
Retail Display Installer – Technology – responsible for installing and updating sales floor fixtures, end caps, and displays across multiple leading tech brands (Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, HP), performing buildouts, resets, repairs, following plan‑ograms and client directives, using mobile applications and technology for efficient task completion.
- Respond to and maintain consistent communication with field services management within 24 hours of contact; keep availability updated.
- Complete all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt and on or before scheduled end dates.
- Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures; conduct early‑morning installations, team builds (2+ personnel), and provide solution feedback.
- Perform break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures remain functional.
- Follow all directives from clients and planograms; update displays, complete forms, images and surveys before leaving job site.
- Track, record and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows; submit accurate timecards and report anomalies daily.
- Participate in training and certification programs; assist other members as needed.
- Work independently in a fast‑paced environment and manage virtual software for execution of tasks.
- Be available for occasional early‑morning or weekend assignments as required.
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Flexible availability Monday–through–Friday.
- Weekend and holiday availability as needed.
- Early morning, late‑night availability as needed.
- Willingness to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
- Climb ladders up to 10 feet.
- Safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
- Ability to kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, handle, grasp and reach overhead.
- Effective communication via phone, text, email.
- Use a smartphone for clocking, photography, uploading, app usage and internet connection.
- Must own an Android or Apple device capable of uploading photos and data.
- Navigate communication platforms and applications independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial but not mandatory.
- Installation and merchandising experience preferred.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planograms.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, proof of insurance.
- Willingness to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment.
- Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication and strong leadership skills.
- Make sound decisions, show good judgment, solve problems effectively.
- Work autonomously with excellent time management and reporting skills.
