About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative Intern to help us build and refine our sales process from the ground up. This is an early-stage, hands-on role ideal for someone who wants real ownership, exposure to sales strategy, and commission-based earning potential.
You will receive initial training and guidance, but this role requires initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to help shape how sales are done as we grow.
Focus Areas:
- Understanding our services and value proposition
- Target customer profiles and messaging
- Sales fundamentals and outreach techniques
- Testing and refining scripts, pitches, and approaches
- Feedback loops with leadership to build repeatable processes
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to prospective clients through approved channels
- Experiment with messaging, pitches, and outreach strategies
- Participate in building sales scripts, tracking methods, and workflows
- Engage with prospects, answer questions, and guide them through the decision process
- Close new client accounts
- Track conversations, outcomes, and lessons learned to improve future efforts
Compensation Structure
- Paid training for first week (approx. $12/hr - $14/hr) a pproximately 15 - 20 hours per week
- Commission: 100% of the first month’s fee for each client you sign**
Ideal Candidate
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building something new
- Self-directed and proactive
- Interested in sales, startups, or business development
- Willing to test ideas, learn quickly, and adapt
- No prior sales experience required, but strongly preferred
