About the RoleWe’re looking for a driven, ethical, and highly motivated Business Development Representative (Hunter Role) to join our sales team. This is not a passive order‑taking position.
While we have a strong marketing and lead generation engine, we are seeking a true sales hunter — someone who:
- Thinks outside the box
- Proactively creates opportunities
- Is comfortable with cold outreach
- Isn’t afraid to walk into businesses and start conversations
- Enjoys complex, consultative B2B sales
Our services are simple — but our clients work with us when they see us as credible experts in their industry.
You’ll be selling solutions that require trust, professionalism, quick thinking, and the ability to navigate nuanced conversations.
Responsibilities- Proactively generate new leads through outbound prospecting, grassroots efforts, and creative outreach
- Leverage marketing‑generated leads and turn them into meaningful sales opportunities
- Make cold calls and follow‑up outreach consistently
- Conduct in‑person visits to independent auto repair shops in your local area and target markets
- Build strong relationships with business owners through consultative conversations
- Travel to industry events and conferences (10–15 times per year) to network, prospect, and represent Elite Worldwide
- Nurture prospects through the sales pipeline with professionalism, empathy, and strong follow‑through
- Accurately track activities, notes, and opportunities in Hub Spot CRM
- Maintain organized calendars, email communication, and follow‑ups
- Collaborate with the marketing and coaching teams to align messaging and maximize impact
- Contribute as a team player by sharing ideas and collaborating across departments to support company‑wide initiatives and play an active role in continued growth and development of the business as a whole
- Represent Elite with integrity, always putting people before profit and embodying our core values in every interaction
- A self‑motivated, results‑oriented go‑getter with a hunter sales mindset.
- Previous B2B or door‑to‑door hunter role sales experience.
- Highly persistent and resilient — you don’t take “no” personally and are driven to find the next “yes.”
- Confident in face‑to‑face interactions and unafraid to walk into a shop and strike up a conversation.
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with a sincere desire to serve others.
- Someone who values ethical business practices and shares our people‑first philosophy.
- Comfortable with cold calling and in‑person prospecting.
- Creative and resourceful in finding new leads and opportunities.
- Highly ethical and honest in all interactions.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and tech‑savvy.
- Comfortable using CRM systems (Hub Spot experience is a plus).
- Strong with email communication and time management.
- Willing and able to travel multiple times per year.
