Overview
YES! Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing & Electric is part of a national service leader and we are looking for a high-performing HVAC Sales Manager to join our growing, successful team. As a Residential Sales Manager with us you will direct and lead residential sales strategies for the branch including defining, implementing, and monitoring your sales team’s performance.

- Meeting or exceeding monthly performance targets and goals as determined by General Manager
- Driving revenue and conversion for the division
- Acting as a trainer and resource to the sales team in branch products, services, and the residential sales processes
- Hiring, training and motivating each sales representative to meet or exceed goals.
- Leading weekly sales meetings to discuss strategy, competitive differentiation, selling skills, etc
- Meeting with sales management team weekly to present reports
Requirements
- 5 years of in-home sales management experience is required.
- College degree in a technical field or building science is preferred
- Goal-driven and desire to succeed in a metric-driven environment
- Must have drive and ability to excel in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment
- Strong presentation and customer service skills
- Must have strong ethics and work as an effective, collaborative team member
- Strong relationship management skills with employees and customers
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to meet sales quotas and deadlines
- Computer literacy and familiarity with the internet
- Ability to pass criminal background check, drug screen and MVR check (in accordance with the Colorado Chance to Compete Act).
