The Role
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our growing revenue team. Reporting to the Manager of Sales Development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our pipeline generation strategy and driving pipeline growth.
What You’ll Do- Generate leads and new business opportunities through cold calling, email, texting, and social selling.
- Explore innovative ways to engage with passive leads and reintroduce them into our sales process.
- Proactively engage with cold leads and maintain clear communication throughout the lead nurturing process, partnering with your Account Executive.
- Qualify potential leads to ensure they are a great fit for GC AI’s products and services.
- Collaborate with your team to improve the outbound SDR strategy, sharing ideas that shape our overall sales approach.
- Continuously learn by collaborating with the sales team, sales leaders, and cross‑functional team members.
- Exceed your quota and help your teammates and the company succeed.
- 1+ years of experience in software sales, preferably in high‑growth or AI markets.
- Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding personal and professional goals, with a strong commitment to excellence.
- Proven ability to set high standards for yourself and consistently meet or surpass expectations in work‑related tasks and personal development initiatives.
- Confident communicator with strong persuasion skills and a persistent approach.
- Customer‑obsessed sales approach, showing a deep commitment to understanding and addressing each potential customer’s unique needs.
- Dedication to building long‑term relationships with customers, prioritizing their success over short‑term gains.
- Curious, lifelong learner mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

- Experience in legal tech or selling to in‑house legal teams.
- Familiarity with AI‑driven software solutions or legal text processing.

If you live within approximately 50 miles of our San Mateo, CA or Provo, UT office, the role follows a hybrid schedule with in‑office days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Compensation Range: $55K - $65K
