R.I.S.E Financial is seeking an Entry Level Insurance Representative to help expand our supplemental health insurance solutions to businesses.

Position Overview:

As an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative, you will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with decision‑makers, and customize insurance solutions to meet their needs. You will receive training, guidance, and resources to grow and achieve professional goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage potential business clients who could benefit from supplemental health insurance.
  • Build strong relationships with decision‑makers by understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions that communicate the value of our products.
  • Collaborate with a growth‑focused team, actively participate in sales meetings, training, and team‑building events, while consistently meeting and exceeding individual and team sales goals.
Qualifications:
  • Over 4 years of professional experience (post‑high school) with a proven history of achieving goals and delivering results.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills.
  • A strong desire to learn, grow, and improve, coupled with resilience, determination, and the ability to stay focused in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment.
  • A passion for helping others and making a lasting impact on businesses and communities.
