Job Overview
Full‑time, face‑to‑face, residential D2D outside sales position offering base pay and uncapped commission based on leads secured.
Responsibilities- Provide customer service by responding to customer needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Communicate with customers to educate potential homeowners about GH Windows services.
- Identify prospects by traveling within an assigned territory, capturing relevant customer information, and entering data into a CRM.
- Drive growth and sales by meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals to earn uncapped commission.
- Base pay plus commission
- Annual earnings potential of $85K–$130K
- 10 paid holidays
