Salary Range: $65,000.00 To $ Annually

We are looking for talented and competitive Inside Sales Representatives that ideally have experience in the pest control industry. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making multiple calls per day, multi-tasking, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads and follow-up
• Understand customer needs and best pest control solutions

• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
• Experience working with Field Routes or similar CRM
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Trainable and willing to take feedback

The pay is hourly plus commission. Including incentives and other bonuses. Plus, yearly sales trip for top performers.
