This is a field-based, performance-driven role ideal for individuals who are motivated by uncapped income, independence, and daily results.

This position requires frequent out-of-state travel to assigned territories for sales campaigns.

• Canvass residential neighborhoods and knock doors daily.
• Speak with homeowners and introduce waste collection services.
• Educate customers on:

  • Convenience of scheduled pickup
• Generate new customers and close service sign-ups on the spot.
• Track daily activity (doors, conversations, conversions).
