YES! Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing & Electric is seeking a driven HVAC Sales Professional to join our growing Las Vegas residential team. In this role, you'll conduct in-home comfort consultations, present system options and financing, and close sales for HVAC replacements and upgrades. Using your bilingual Spanish skills, you'll educate homeowners, build trust, and tailor solutions. You'll work from company-provided leads, collaborate closely with install and service teams, and benefit from ongoing training, strong support, and clear paths to earn more through performance.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify residential HVAC sales leads
• Conduct in-home comfort consultations with homeowners
• Present system options, estimates, and financing solutions
• Leverage bilingual Spanish skills to communicate with customers
• Follow up on company-provided leads and referrals
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Coordinate with install and service teams for smooth jobs
• Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation
• Attend ongoing product and sales training
