Parts Counter Person

Karl Malone Power Sports is seeking a Parts Department Assistant. As a member of our team, you will help support customers and staff in identifying, pricing, and locating standard-issued and custom parts. Your position is vital, as we all know, a repair can not be completed, nor a custom dream fulfilled, without parts.

• Oversee the sales of parts from start to finish
• Work with the Parts Manager to locate any parts, not in stock
• Aid in locating and completing special order part requests for the customer
• Communicate with customers on parts status
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand and maintain all company safety policies and procedures.
• Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations applicable to the industry.

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to see tasks through
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both in-person and over the phone
• Prompt and courteous
• Enthusiastic personality with a team player attitude
