Trackhoe Operator Foreman

B.H. Inc. of North Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a full‑time certified Trackhoe Operator Foreman for our utility construction team. The role is field‑based and requires a high degree of technical skill, safety commitment, and versatility.

Pay: $29–$36 per hour, paid weekly.

Schedule:

Typically Monday‑Friday, 40–50 hours per week.

• Operate trackhoes and various heavy equipment safely and precisely.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Dig around live utilities and work on gas utility projects.
• Follow strict safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Good experience with construction practices and proven ability to safely operate trackhoes and other heavy equipment.
• Experience or deep familiarity with digging around live utilities and/or working on gas utility projects.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
• Strong commitment to safety and ability to strictly follow safety procedures.
• 3 years of trackhoe operation experience and crew foreman experience.
