Service Technician

• Maintenance:
  Conduct routine maintenance on refrigeration systems to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively.
• Repairs:
  Perform assigned work tickets, this includes diagnosing issues, replacing parts, and performing system upgrades.
• Emergency Response:
  This job requires full commitment to respond to clients at all hours and often requires long hours. It requires advanced problem-solving skills to troubleshoot all facets of a refrigeration system, including equipment, valves, wiring and control systems.
• Documentation:
  Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including maintenance schedules, repair logs, and parts inventories.
• Client Training:
  Offer training and support to clients to ensure they understand how to operate and maintain their Clauger systems.
• Technical Support:
  Provide technical support and guidance to clients and peers regarding the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Have specific knowledge of Clauger equipment.
• Regulatory Compliance:
  Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Stay up to date with the latest developments in Clauger technology and industry best practices to continually improve service quality and efficiency.
• Respond to emergency calls.
• Ability to work unsupervised or with limited instruction.
• Maintain and manage truck inventory and / or job toolboxes in an accurate, neat, and orderly manner as well as adhere to vehicle maintenance program guidelines.

• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
• Pass physical examination and Respirator Fit Testing
• Available to travel 25%
• Availability to be on call nights and/or weekends as required
• Soft Skills:
  
  Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work independently or as part of a team, and strong attention to detail.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and handle tools and machinery safely. Physically able to climb ladders, work at high elevations and lift objects up to 75 pounds
• Basic computer skills (electronic documentation)

Experience:

• This document outlines the requirements for all Clauger Service technicians
• Clauger has 4 levels of technician based on technical competency

License/Certification:

• EPA section 608 card

Rate of Pay $45-$55
