Description
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including rooftop units, boilers, chillers, and heat pumps. Perform routine maintenance and inspections to optimize performance. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC equipment. Replace or repair defective components such as motors, compressors, fans, and thermostats. Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals. Communicate service findings and recommendations to clients and team.
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or HVAC certification preferred.
- 4+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components.
- EPA 608 certification (required).
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
