Security Apprentice: Locksmith & Installs

ARCO Lock & Security is seeking a full-time Security Apprentice in Provo, Utah working Monday-Friday between 8am-5pm. Our company focuses on giving employees pride and ownership over the work they do. A person who succeeds in this position will have a high level of initiative, attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and is trustworthy. The apprentice will engage in locksmith shop activities, lockout services, assist with security and lock installations, and support service calls, aiming to build the necessary skills to transition into a field lock and security professional position.

Willing to train the right person.

Assist with job prep for field, shop, and walk-in customers. Provide locksmithing services including cutting keys, rekeying locks, working with automotive transponder (chip) keys, and servicing locks. Support project installations and maintain accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have a customer-first attitude, enjoy hands-on work, and have a clean background. Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of customer service experience and a High School Diploma. Add requirements include:

• Enjoys hands-on work and has basic mechanical aptitude
