McWane Poles Maintenance Technician
Hiring for weekend shifts in our McWane Pole Division.
Must be available to work 3 12-hour shifts Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Day shift and Graveyard shift available.
$29.17 - $35.66 to start, DOE.

Work EnvironmentLoud industrial manufacturing environment. Work can be both indoors and outdoors, with exposure to cold, hot, dirt, dust, fumes, chemicals. Specialized PPE is required.
Physical DemandsFrequent lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, stooping, and standing for long periods. Carrying up to 40 pounds.
A post‑offer/pre‑employment physical and drug screening and background check will be required.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications preferred.
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.
- Working knowledge of electrical systems (up to 480V).
- Familiar with PLCs and troubleshooting control systems.
- Proficient in mechanical systems, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and conveyors.
- Welding, cutting, and fabrication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
