What You’ll DoOwn drivability and electrical diagnostics using advanced equipment and platforms like Alldata and Mitchell OnDemand.

Execute complex repairs across engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, HVAC, and vehicle electrical systems.

Explain findings and repair plans to service advisors and customers; recommend preventive maintenance.

Lead by example—coach junior technicians and enforce rigorous quality and safety standards.

Conduct test drives and post-repair inspections to validate work.

Document all services and repairs accurately.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized bay in line with all safety requirements.

What You Bring5+ years of professional experience as an Automotive Technician in a passenger vehicle shop.

Your own comprehensive set of professional-grade tools.

A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Advanced proficiency with computerized diagnostic equipment and technical manuals.

Preferred:
Current ASE Master Technician Certification.

Sharp diagnostic reasoning, meticulous attention to detail, and high-quality workmanship.

Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills.

Compensation, Schedule, and Perks $80,000–$110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Monday–Friday schedule with half days on Saturday as needed; most major holidays off.
