Fullmer Excavation LLC is seeking dependable, hardworking Pipe Layers and Laborers to join our growing team. We specialize in underground utility installation and are looking for individuals who take pride in quality work and maintaining a safe job site.

• Install water, sewer, and storm drain pipe.
• Read grade stakes and follow project plans.
• Set and align pipe to grade.
• Work safely in and around trenches and excavation equipment.
• Assist with back filling, compaction, and testing.
• Communicate effectively with equipment operators and crew members.

• Assist pipe crews with underground utility installation.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Perform grading, shoveling, cleanup, and general site maintenance.
• Follow directions from supervisors and equipment operators.
• Help maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Previous underground utility or pipe laying experience preferred.
• Knowledge of trench safety and excavation practices.
• Ability to read grade stakes and use laser equipment is a plus.
• Must be dependable and able to work in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

• Construction experience is helpful but not required—we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
