Golf Relations Specialist

Position Title

Golf Relations Specialist - Hourly

Responsible for general customer service duties and assisting the golf professionals with day-to-day operations. Performs other related duties as required.

• Answer phone calls and book reservations for customers.
• Complete point‑of‑sale transactions for green fees and merchandise.
• Assure golf carts are clean and staged in an orderly fashion.
• Assist with practice area and driving range operations and management.
• Maintain cleanliness of clubhouse interior and grounds.
• Expedite play on a golf course.
• Make recommendations to golfers concerning joining other groups and waving other golfers through.
• Assist in other golf operations as requested.

• Demonstrated knowledge of golf industry and golf standards.
• Outstanding communications, public relations, and customer service skills.
• Ability to keep accurate records and maintain proper accounting of fees, purchases, and other activities.
• Ability to perform basic gardening or general maintenance work.
