Pay & Benefits:

• $30–$50/hr DOE + Sign-On Bonus
• Full-time | Paid weekly | Overtime available when needed

About the Job:

• Provo-based, serving mostly residential customers with some light commercial and occasional industrial work
• Perform HVAC service, repair, and installation
• Support boiler and hydronic system tasks (piping, pumps, controls, combustion testing) under supervision when needed
• Read, interpret, and follow wiring diagrams, schematics, and manufacturer manuals
• Communicate professionally and reliably with customers
• Stay up to date on new HVAC and boiler technologies

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Journeyman HVAC Technician in your jurisdiction
• RMGA (Utah) certification required
• EPA 608 Universal Certification (or equivalent)
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail
• Passionate about learning and growing in your trade

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening, criminal background check, and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and any other employment documents or customer-required agreements.
