Join Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Full-Time Case Manager with our WATCH Program (Wasatch Assistance Team Counseling the Homeless) in Provo, Utah! This rewarding opportunity offers a competitive wage of $21.36–$29.88/hour and the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals experiencing homelessness and serious mental illness. Based at the Food & Care Coalition, the WATCH Program provides outreach, case management, therapy, medication management, and connections to essential community resources.
As a Case Manager, you'll help clients navigate barriers, access critical services, and build the skills and supports needed to achieve greater stability, independence, and recovery.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $21.36–$29.88 DOE and Licensure

What You'll Do as a Case Manager- Conduct outreach and build supportive relationships with individuals experiencing homelessness.
- Complete assessments and help develop individualized service and recovery plans.
- Connect clients with community resources, including housing assistance, Medicaid, Social Security benefits, food assistance, and other essential services.
- Coordinate care with therapists, prescribers, nurses, and community partners to support client success.
- Monitor client progress and provide ongoing case management, advocacy, and problem-solving support.
Applicants must meet ONE of the following:
- Bachelor's degree with Social Service Worker (SSW) license
- Bachelor's degree in any field with willingness to pursue SSW licensure
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Basic understanding of Social Work principles
- Familiarity with social welfare policy and human development
- Ability to problem-solve and maintain a client-centered approach
- Must pass the Utah County Jail's criminal background check.
- Spanish speakers may qualify for increased wages after testing
