Wasatch Behavioral Health is seeking a full-time Case Manager for the WATCH Program in Provo, Utah. The role involves outreach, assessments, and coordinating access to housing, Medicaid and community resources to support homeless clients with serious mental illness.
Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a wage range of $21.36–$29.88/hour DOE and licensure. Benefits include pension/401(k), health plans, HSA, FSA, life and disability coverage, PTO, holidays, and annual pay increases.
