Class A Drivers w/Hazmat & Tanker Run Cryogenics Out 21 & Home 7 (Full Time)

• First‑year pay ranges from $80,000 to $106,000. Starting driver pay is $300/Day with an increase of $3/Day every six months to a cap of $324/Day. If you are willing to train a driver after one year you will earn an additional $100/Day.
• Drivers are assigned to an account for one to six months anywhere in the continental United States. Routes are 21 days out and 7 days home. Drivers may stay out longer if desired, and when home time comes the truck is parked at the DC and the company pays for the flight home.
• Full training on cryogenic deliveries is provided at $125/Day. Completion earns a $1,000 sign‑on bonus.
• Full benefits, including medical, vision, dental, PTO, 401K, and cell phone reimbursement, begin after 60 days.
• Drivers undergo a one‑week orientation. After orientation the truck is assigned, and shadow training occurs (you drive your truck while the trainer drives theirs). Trucks are not slip‑seated; they are 100% assigned to drivers and are newer model 579 Peterbilt.

• One‑year verifiable Class A OTR or Regional driving experience within the last three years, with at least some tanker experience.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements are required; candidates with tanker or cryogenic experience will be expedited.
• No failed or refused DOT drug test ever (cannot be SAP).
• Relatively clean MVR.
• No more than five jobs in the last three years, avoiding frequent job hopping.

Applicants must be willing to drive anywhere in the continental United States and to fly for home time. A DOT drug test must never have failed.
