National Railroad Safety Services, Inc. (NRSS) is seeking a Roadway Worker In Charge (RWIC) to support railroad flagging services for Class 1 Railroads, Regional Short Lines, Transit Systems, and state DOTs.
The RWIC will coordinate field activities, enforce safety policies, and ensure on-track safety compliance across multiple sites. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of railroad experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel extensively (50% to 85% on average).
