As Senior Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of large-scale capital and infrastructure projects, working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, maintenance, and site leadership teams to deliver safe, efficient, and successful project outcomes.

You’ll be responsible for driving projects through the full lifecycle - from early-stage planning and budgeting through execution, commissioning, and handover.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading capital projects from initial scope development through commissioning and startup
• Managing project schedules, budgets, contractor performance, and project risks
• Coordinating with internal departments and external vendors to ensure successful delivery
• Supporting plant reliability, operational improvement, and site expansion initiatives
• Ensuring projects meet all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Driving continuous improvement and best practices across project delivery
• Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to a strong safety-focused culture

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
• Proven experience delivering capital projects within heavy industrial or manufacturing environments
• Strong background managing projects in operational manufacturing facilities
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
