Are you a Plant Controller looking for succession planning, executive-level visibility, and the autonomy to shape strategic financial direction across a global manufacturing operation?

The company is a global manufacturer that has been established for over 100 years. Due to their ongoing success, they are looking to bring on a Financial Controller.
The Role:- Full P&L ownership including month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis with direct business partnering to the Facility General Manager and international finance teams
- Leading cost determination, product pricing strategy, inventory valuation, and overhead allocation whilst coaching and developing your finance team
- Oversee the one facility right now with potential progression to manage multiple sites
- Experience as a Financial Controller from a manufacturing background
- Looking to play a key role in a successful, global organization
