Technical Training Operations Coordinator

Location:

On-site in Pryor, OK

W2 Only

Mission:
To execute the logistics, data administration, and reporting necessary to ensure a 100% qualified technical workforce.

Responsibilities

Metrics & Health Reporting

Data Visualization: Maintain site-level heat maps to identify qualification gaps across shifts and teams.
Reporting Cadence: Generate weekly health metrics for local leadership.
Validation: Ensure the accuracy of local training data, serving as the single source of truth for site qualification status.

LMS & Data Administration

System Custodian: Act as the local liaison for the Learning Management System (LMS).
Roster Hygiene: Update and manage training enrollments for the site, ensuring alignment with current headcount.
User Support: Provide first-tier troubleshooting for basic user access issues and learning plan assignments.

Deployment & Logistics

Operational Mapping: Align global training programs with the local site status and product availability to facilitate program/course rollout locally.
SME Liaison: Coordinate with local Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure instructor availability for on‑the‑job (OJT) and instructor-led training (ILT) sessions.

Onboarding Support

New Employee Onboarding Flow: Facilitate the logistics of the new hire training experience to ensure a frictionless transition.
Efficiency Tracking: Monitor the Mean Time to Onboard (MTTO) and report on blockers preventing timely completion.

Feedback & Quality Assurance

Feedback Loop: Aggregate feedback from technicians regarding training content clarity and technical accuracy.
Content Documentation: Identify and document curriculum bugs or errors; submit Content Change Requests (CCRs) to the Global Curriculum team for resolution.

Issue Resolution

Incident Triage: Field and resolve site-level training hurdles (broken links, permission errors, scheduling conflicts) to prevent training downtime.

Core Purpose & Primary Responsibilities

Role Positioning: Execution-focused support for local data-center training operations. Acts as the first line of defense for all training-related questions, issues, and operational needs at the data-center level. Sits between global curriculum teams and local technicians to ensure training programs are executed smoothly.
Frontline Training Support: Serve as the initial point of contact for technician questions and triage training issues before escalation to global teams. Resolve basic blockers quickly (access issues, scheduling conflicts, broken links, etc.).
Execution Layer for Training Programs: Support local execution, alignment, and readiness for new technologies and training program rollouts. Act as the operational bridge between global curriculum and local site needs.
Analytics & Reporting: Proficient with multiple analytics tools; perform manual data handling as needed and contribute to transitioning toward AI-driven internal tools.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with global curriculum teams, local SMEs, and site leadership; ensure training schedules, instructor availability, and onboarding flows are aligned.
