• Base Salary for MAINTENANCE PLANNER $70+ plus Profit Sharing
• Compensation is based on specific skills, experience and qualifications.

• Develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities
• Coordinate planned maintenance tasks with production schedules to minimize operational disruptions
• Create, prioritize, and manage work orders in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Work closely with maintenance technicians, engineers, and production staff to address equipment reliability issues
• Liaise with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repairs
• Implement best practices and contribute to the development of maintenance policies and procedures

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance planning in an industrial setting
• Experience using SAP as ERP is considered a strong asset
• Strong organizational abilities, prioritizing tasks to meet objectives within budget and time constraints
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of OSHA and other relevant safety standards
• Knowledge of the corrugated industry is a definite an asset
