• Starting pay for Machine Operator - $26.05
• Schedule:
  
  Must be able to work 12 hour rotating shifts (either 6 days on, 2 off, or 4 days on, 4 off); shifts will be NIGHTS (with training on days)
• Profit sharing plan

• Active participation in safety and housekeeping improvements in all work areas
• Forklift and clamp truck operations
• Set up winder and slitters
• Operation of overhead cranes
• Wrap station operation
• Parent roll handling (including, but not limited to: roll tags, locations, wrapping of parent rolls, etc.)
• Working in a team environment with the other third hand member

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Previous production experience with rotating shifts is preferred
• Results driven individual who challenges the status quo
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• A team member who demonstrates leadership, builds strong relationships, and collaborates with colleagues while embracing our values and ethics
